Terms of Use (EULA)

Terms of use are provided under Apple’s Standard EULA:
Apple Standard EULA

1. Overview

This Privacy Policy applies to FlightXtract and Maeridian Elevate. By using them you consent to the collection and use of your information as described here. If you do not agree with this policy, please do not use the App.

  • FlightXtract includes subscription-based functionality.
  • Maeridian Elevate is a fully offline geospatial line-of-sight calculation tool.

2. Data Collection

FlightXtract

  • Anonymous crash reports and usage analytics (stability improvements)
  • Subscription and purchase data via RevenueCat
  • Apple user identifier (if Sign in with Apple is used)
  • Optional email address (if provided via Apple Sign-In)
  • Device model and OS version (for compatibility and debugging)
  • Support emails (retained only during support cases)

Maeridian Elevate

  • No data collection
  • No analytics
  • No tracking
  • No accounts or login systems
  • All calculations are performed locally on-device

3. Third-Party Services

FlightXtract uses RevenueCat for subscription management. RevenueCat processes purchase-related data such as subscription status and transaction receipts. We do not access or store payment card details.

Maeridian Elevate does not use any third-party services.

4. Use of Data (FlightXtract only)

  • Provide app functionality
  • Manage subscriptions
  • Improve performance and stability
  • Provide customer support

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell personal data.

FlightXtract may share limited operational data with trusted providers such as RevenueCat.

Maeridian Elevate does not share any data because no data is collected.

6. Data Retention

Data is retained only as long as necessary for app functionality, legal obligations, or support resolution.

7. Children’s Privacy

The Apps are not intended for users under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

8. Security

We use industry-standard security practices where applicable. No system is completely secure.

9. User Rights

Users may request access to or deletion of their data by contacting support.
